Happy New Year – Dare To Live Your Life To

Happy New Year – Dare To Live Your Life To

Happy New Year – Dare To Live Your Life To The Fullest

How have you lived your life until now? Have you lived very safely and in a structured way? Do you do what you are supposed to do, go to your job, take care of your friends and families, support those around us, and all the while put your desires on the back burner to be taken up for when the time is right. Your busy routine continues day in and day out. You trade self-fulfillment for security and ignore that persistent voice inside of you that refuses to go away, that voice that reminds you that you are not living your most entire life. You miss those aha moments when you catch a glimpse of all the possibilities available to you. These moments cause you to remember that life could be and should be a lot more exciting, adventurous and purposeful than it is.

When New Year comes around, you swear to yourself and others that you will go out on a limb that year and live the life you know was meant for you, but then you find yourself caught up in the motions again. There must be more to life. I hear people say. Well, there is, and what better time than now to

Why not make a fresh start this year and do things differently by following this simple 5 step process. It's easy, effective, and convenient. It will help you make the changes that you know you need to make to bring new happiness into your life . . . starting right here, right now.

New Year’s Planning – Critical Success Factors

New Year’s Planning – Critical Success Factors

Whatever time of the year it is, you have probably set a working direction for the rest of the year, including clear-cut objectives. Your first-iteration plan to reach them should be in place. This now (whatever time it is – if you are thinking about it) seems like an ideal time to rethink the whole thing. In our sped-up 21st century world, plans are subject to change just as soon as – or perhaps even before – they are written.

If you haven’t already done so, now is an excellent time to review your company’s year-end results and plan for the coming year. If you’ve already created your annual plan, you may want to look at it in a new light.

A typical approach to planning suggests multiplying last year’s quantitative results by an acceptable growth factor. Industry standards vary, often from 5% to 25%. Add to that number scheduled enhancements to your product line plus solutions to critical problems you’ve been meaning to address, and that’s your plan.

Your Debt Free Plan for the New Year

Your Debt Free Plan for the New Year

Unmanaged spending using credit cards are the number one root cause that drives most people into credit card debt. If you are currently in debt and thinking of having a debt-free life shortly, you need to start to look into your debt seriously; steering clear of unwanted debt is a great way to manage your finances and relieve the stress caused by debt. Here are some debt-free steps which you can put in place as your New Year's plan:

1. Change Your Spending Behavior

You cannot become debt-free if you spend more than you earn. It's that simple! Financial stress relief is called "money in the bank" or "positive cash flow." You need to know where your money goes; this can be done by listing your regular and non-regular expenses. Think twice about any item you plan to buy; ask yourself whether it is a need or an optional item.

Write down your goals on paper!

Write down your goals on paper!

Every person should write down their goals. Business goals, personal goals, income goals, and whatever you want to achieve in your life. If you want to achieve something in your life, don’t just think about it. Get a nice piece of paper and write down the goal.

Having a goal sitting in your head may not help that much. Every book says that you need to write down your goals. First, thinking about the plan is an excellent way to start, but again, you need to write it down as soon as you think about it.

What is it that you want to accomplish?

Think about this and develop the same goal you want to get. For example, let’s look at a person who wants to earn $1000 in the next 30 days online. Here is what they need to do.

The Reasons I Love Christmas

The Reasons I Love Christmas

Most everyone I know loves Christmas. There is something about the magic and wonder of the season that is unmatched during the rest of the year. There are so many reasons that I love Christmas I can hardly know where to begin.

I guess the biggest reason I love Christmas is that, for me, it has always meant the gathering of family and friends. It is only during the Christmas season that we gather from afar and enjoy days filled with laughter, good conversation, good meals, and tons of games. My four siblings and I have naturally spread out into our adulthood, and usually, it is only at Christmas that we get to reunite with each other and our parents. You could take everything else about Christmas away from me, and I would still love it just for this reason.

3 Steps To Having An Old Fashioned Christmas Holiday

3 Steps To Having An Old Fashioned Christmas Holiday

Many Christmas traditions are gradually being lost in today’s high-tech, always-on-the-go world. But Christmas is the perfect time to slow things down and get back to basics to enjoy the season. The following are three ways to have a traditional, old-fashioned Christmas.

1. Decorations

For many people, decorations are what make Christmas time special. The right decorations can set the mood for a traditional Christmas and let the whole family create the Christmas spirit.

Start with an old-fashioned Christmas tree. Traditional decorations were all hand-made. Take a day early in December to get the whole family together to create the decorations such as stringed popcorn and chains made from colorful paper. Play Christmas music, serve eggnog, and get everyone into the spirit.

Sushi. Sushi The Japanese Delicacy

Sushi. Sushi The Japanese Delicacy

Sushi is a Japanese dish popular throughout the world. Sushi lovers, young and old alike, mistakenly think Sushi refers to raw sea fish. Sushi means vinegar-flavored rice, and the raw food accompanying it is called Sashimi.

Types of Sushi Preparations:

There are five kinds of Sushi preparations like Nigiri, Maki, Temaki, Chirashi, and Inari Sushis. Sushi rice is the staple ingredient in all of them. The types are determined by the kind of fillings or toppings used. Can serve the same ingredients, assembled in both traditional and modern ways.

Nigiri Sushi is the most popular form of Sushi. It is served with an oblong mound of rice topped by wasabi and a thin slice of egg, seafood, or meat. While the egg is always served cooked, the seafood and the meat may be raw.

The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

Scientists say that we only use 10% of our minds. Think about what I just said. We use only 10% of our minds! We are wasting the other 90%. Think of it this way. What if we only used 10% of our salary? Could we survive on 10% of our salary?  What about eating only 10% of the food we make? Wouldn’t that be a waste of food? What if we slept only 10% of 8 hours or 80 minutes a day? Could we survive? What if we had only 10% of the oxygen that was available? Could we survive? The answer to all these questions is a resounding NO

So why do we put up with using only 10% of our brain? Look at your life. Are you living the life you want? On your terms? Are you happy with what you’ve created, or do you think it could be better? The chances are that you are living to only 10% of your abilities. What if you could make your life 100, 500, or 1,000% better? I can hear you now saying:” That’s impossible” or “that’s too hard to do.” If you did say that, you’re repeating the same pattern in your life: you are using only 10% of your brain or less.

8 Simple Commonsense Cooking Tips

8 Simple Commonsense Cooking Tips

Do you get lumps in your white sauce? When making the white sauce (bechamel) or any sauce that requires slow cooking to thicken, use an egg whisk, and you can increase the temperature (not too much, though) to speed the process up. And you won't get any limps in it.

Turn your open barbeque into a gourmet oven. Want to try a new barbeque recipe that requires a hood on the barbeque, which you may not have. Try using a wok lid or any domed lid. This works very well indeed. Great for roasted meats when camping out.

Never repurchase frozen pastry. Do you hate making short pastries? Use a kitchen whiz instead of the usual hand method. Use slightly less liquid than may be asked for in the recipe. Just run the whiz until all the pastry forms into a ball. If it doesn't form into a ball, you may need just a touch more liquid. The liquid depends on what recipe you use for your pastry.

How To Be A Good Dog Owner

How To Be A Good Dog Owner

Before deciding on buying a new dog, here are some points you should consider:-

1. Is someone at home for most of the day?
A dog, especially a puppy, should not be left on its own for more than a few hours at a time. If you are out at work from 9-5, don't get a dog unless you can make satisfactory arrangements with a friend to let the dog out.

2. What about holidays?

Sadly, more dogs are destroyed at holiday time than any other. Unless you have a helpful family to look after your dog, be prepared for the expense of boarding kennels. Because of the increased running costs, reputable kennels now have to make a higher charge – don't forget to book well ahead.

3. Are you prepared for the cost of keeping a dog?
This includes the cost of food and kennels at holiday time and the cost of vaccinations and possible veterinary fees in case of illness. A dog, like a

What Is the Simplest Way to Transform Your Bedroom?

What Is the Simplest Way to Transform Your Bedroom?

Sometimes everyone needs a change. Blue, which seemed like such a good idea at the time, doesn’t seem quite right anymore. Bright colors that appear so lively in the spring and the summer make the grey of winter feel that much more dismal. Kids grow up, and the cartoon character comforters they had to have just a couple of years ago are now something that they would be horrified about if their friends knew that they had it.

Whether your desire for change is matched to the seasons or you haven’t changed the look of your bedroom for years, you may find that you don’t have the budget for a total room makeover. Likewise, since you’ll find that your kids’ tastes change every few years, you may not want to make a considerable investment when you transform their bedrooms. With Bed in a Bag sets, you’ll find that you don’t need to spend a lot to make a big difference.

The first simple change you can make is choosing a neutral color for the walls and the carpet. Beige or off-white walls and similarly colored carpeting create a neutral palette for your bedroom design. Add traditional furniture to the mix – something that is simple and functional but that never goes out of style – and you are

Why is It I Can Never Think Of Anything “Good”

Why is It I Can Never Think Of Anything “Good”

Why Can I Never Think Of Anything “Good” To Make For Supper?

Okay, now I need to ask whether you find yourself making the same meals over and over and over. It seems like I get in a rut and fix the same foods on a rotating scale. Granted, I have picky eaters in my family but not that picky.

I decided to do something about it. After reflecting on it for a while, I discovered the biggest problem with cooking supper was deciding what to make, so I got out a notebook and started writing down meal ideas complete with side dishes. I occasionally asked friends and family what they were having for dinner to get more views.

My daughter also gave me ideas for her favorite meal choices and side dishes. She did an excellent job of coming up with things I hadn’t even made in a long time. I found that asking her when she was hungry seemed to help her creative juices develop more ideas.

4 Types of Tea: How is Each One Made

4 Types of Tea: How is Each One Made

Tea is one of the most popular after food drinks globally, but very few people are aware that there are four inherently different flavors and types of tea in every supermarket. Each tea is made out of other ingredients, and each tea has its advantages and disadvantages. I will explain.

It would be best never to forget that there are only four types of tea.
 1) Black tea
 2) Green tea
 3) White tea
 4) Oolong tea

All these are made from the Camellia sinensis, also known as the tea plant. Other herbal infusions such as chamomile tea, ginger tea, or red tea made of rooibos leaves are disqualified as types of tea since the tea plant is not involved in their making. The difference between the four tea variations lies in making them. In addition, each type of tea has another flavor and various health benefits.

1) Black Tea
The solid flavored burnt Sienna colored hot beverage is the most popular type of tea in the West. Either served with a squeeze of lemon or added milk, and a cube of sugar, the cup of black tea is part of daily tea ceremonies worldwide. Black tea is made of heavily oxidized Camellia sinensis leaves. When served plain, it contains no calories, carbohydrates, or fats. A cup of black tea contains more caffeine than any other type of tea but less than in any cup of coffee.

2) Green Tea
The lightly oxidized tea has been popular in China, Japan, and Korea for centuries. Recently, rumors on its health benefits increased its popularity in the West. It has been proven that drinking green tea can lower cholesterol, prevent cancer, increase metabolic rates and be helpful in a variety of other conditions and illnesses. The green tea is lightly oxidized, dried but not fermented.

A Favorite Past Time: Hobby Ideas You Will Like

A Favorite Past Time: Hobby Ideas You Will Like

What is your favorite pastime? Hobby enthusiasts know that spare time is not "spent" but savored. If you have a pastime you enjoy, you will never look at your spare time in the same way again. If you're unsure what time hobby you will enjoy, here are some suggestions.

Many people listen to music as a favorite pastime. There is much you can learn about any style of music. You can learn about composers, famous melodies, and all about performers' past and present. You can develop sophisticated jazz or classical music tastes or collect a large assortment of CDs. Music makes a great pastime hobby.

A lot of people love animals. Pets of all sorts can become your hobby. Perhaps you enjoy watching birds. If you have trouble finding them in the trees to watch, maybe you'd like to get a pair of canaries, a budgie, or a cockatiel. People in the country sometimes become interested in raising ornamental chickens, pigeons, or pheasants. It is exciting to watch a mother bird take care of a nest of young chicks. Perhaps you can even raise some prize winners!

Dogs make a great hobby, too. Walking and enjoying a pet dog is one thing, but breeding and raising show dogs is something else entirely. Show dogs may require an investment, but many puppies are free. There is also the aspect of training a dog in obedience. Dogs give a lot of love back to their owners, too, so if you start a pastime hobby of caring for a dog, you will never be lonely. However, dogs require quite a bit of work and attention, especially when being trained, so keeping dogs is not for everyone.

Bicycles can become your favorite pastime. Hobby bicyclists are becoming more and more common to see cycling along lesser traveled highways seeing the countryside up close and personal. Bicycling requires a helmet, suitable clothes, and a small tool kit for roadside repairs. Or maybe you would enjoy cycling on a smaller scale, simply taking fun rides with your family. The choice is yours.

The world is full of exciting things to learn and do. Don't merely sit back and watch TV. Get interested in a pastime hobby. It's good for your mind. It might even keep you from going senile in your old age if you stay active in a pastime hobby. And it's an excellent example to our kids and grandkids if we spend our time doing something meaningful.

Christmas Tree Ornament Tips

Christmas Tree Ornament Tips

We are all perfectionists about our Christmas tree when it comes to decorating. After all, it happens only once a year, and the decorations are a treasure to behold. The finishing touch for any Christmas tree is the ornaments. Perhaps you have memories of a personalized ornament given to you as a child, or maybe it's the tradition of hanging them with your family – making sure that each is perfectly spaced from its neighbor for that added touch of beauty. The Christmas ornaments for Christmas trees, which we choose, should reflect ourselves and our family.

There are all types of Christmas ornaments for Christmas trees. From glass to unbreakable, there is something for everyone. Glass ornaments are among the most expensive, in part, because they require such intricate detail and add a touch of elegance to any Christmas tree. Glass ornaments pick up the reflection of lights and beam them across the room with, perhaps, even a twinkle or two. These ornaments are often hand-painted, which adds to their uniqueness.

There are a variety of unbreakable ornaments, also available, in a multitude of colors. If you have a child who loves to be near the Christmas tree, glass ornaments may not be the best option. Or, if you have a pet that enjoys the mystique of the tree a little too much, you may opt for something

3 Steps To Arranging Home Decor Accessories

3 Steps To Arranging Home Decor Accessories

One of the most significant home decorating dilemmas is arranging your accessories, whether a bookcase, shelf, or tabletop. Here is a three-step system that will transform your boring or cluttered spaces into charming vignettes!

Harmony and Contrast

When arranging a space with accessories, one has to remember that the most important thing to avoid here is boredom! This has a lot less to do with the objects you choose than how you display them. To keep an arrangement from putting the neighbors down for their afternoon nap, remember to keep a balance of harmony (things that feel like they go together, like similar colors or styles) and contrast (things that spice things up by being extra smooth against texture, round against straight line, et) You want a bit of both in your arrangement. Perhaps you could create harmony by repeating a square shape or purple and then adding contrast by sitting a smooth candlestick next to a rough basket.

Scale and Shape

Make sure that the items you are using fit into their new home's scale; you don't want one tiny paperweight on a large kitchen table, and you want to steer clear of using a substantial ceiling-high arrangement of flowers on a bit of end table. However, most people tend to use things that are too small for

What You Should Know Before Remodeling

What You Should Know Before Remodeling

How ready are you to remodel? Asking yourself the following questions may help you organize your next remodeling project.

Q: Which remodeling projects are you most likely to recoup the cost of?

A: A minor kitchen remodels: 92.9 percent; siding replacement: 92.8 percent; a midrange bathroom remodel: 90.1 percent.

Q: What would make my kitchen easier to use?

A: A lot depends on how you already like to use your kitchen. You may benefit from a lower counter or island if you want to bake. If you buy in bulk, you’ll need extra storage space. If more than one cook uses the kitchen simultaneously, you may want to create separate workstations.

One must-have in the hardworking kitchen is a range hood. Because cooking churns out airborne contaminants like nothing else in the home can, you need a ventilating solution, preferably a high-performance, HVI-certified,

Abundance is a feeling.

Abundance is a feeling.

This question and answer interview was done by Kathy Smith, one of Michael’s loyal Virtual Assistants. Visit her website.

Q: Michael, many times during your teleclasses and seminars, you say, “abundance is a feeling.” Can you elaborate on that statement – what do you mean it’s a feeling?

First, one of the essential things that we’ve come to learn with the Law of Attraction is that we can duplicate feelings. In other words, just through the words, I use I can stimulate somebody or discourage them. In short, we can create feelings within ourselves and within others by what we say and what we think.

Abundance is a feeling. Do you ever notice how excited you feel when you know you have a check coming or when you know you’re getting an income tax refund? The excitement you’re experiencing is the feeling of abundance. We feel abundant knowing that it’s coming, even before putting it in the bank. So a question to ask is,

“Do I feel abundant knowing that I’m receiving some money, or do I feel abundant only when I put it in my bank account?”

Most people feel abundant knowing that it’s coming, and it has nothing to do with whether that has it.

So because abundance is a feeling, and the Law of Attraction responds to feelings (vibrations), what if we could duplicate the vibration of abundance deliberately? (This is what’s called Deliberate Attraction). We’ve come to understand that this powerful force called the Law of Attraction constantly checks to find a vibration that we’re sending and duplicates it by giving us more of the same.
